            Delegate Westfall moves to amend Delegate Ellington’s amendment on page six, section four, line nineteen, after the word “coursework” by striking out “Provided that, virtual instruction that occurs in a public school classroom must have a teacher, employed by that county, present” and inserting in lieu thereof the following:

            “Provided, That if virtual instruction occurs in a public school classroom then a teacher, professional personnel, professional educator, or paraprofessional employed by that county must be present to monitor.”
